Return & Refund Policy

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we have designed our return and refund policies to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet our return policy standards may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s purchase price.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning the product(s) and retaining proof of shipment until we confirm their receipt. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify that they meet our return policy standards, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy standards. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or products that are not returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy for Returns and Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product(s) to you.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. To ensure the safe return of the product(s), please pack them carefully to prevent any damage during transit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Bixemo are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you wish to return a product(s) purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the original gift card used for the purchase.
